Transparent Pricing Rules
- One-Way Drop Policy: Minimum chargeable distance is 130.0 km. Any additional travel is billed strictly at the vehicle's standard per-km rate.
- Round-Trip Policy: Calculated based on total round-trip distance with a minimum billing of 250.0 km per calendar day.
- Driver Bata: ₹400 to ₹500 per day (varies by vehicle: ₹400 for Sedan & SUV, ₹500 for Innova Crysta) covers chauffeur allowance.
- Extra KM Note: If extra km to destination occurs, additional amount applies per km at the vehicle rate.
- Night Travel Allowance: ₹300 applicable strictly for trips with pickup or journey between 22:00 hrs and 6:00 hrs.
Important Booking Policies
- Tollgate, Parking, Permit & Hill Charges: Highway tollgate fees, interstate permit fees, hill charges, and parking fees are strictly actuals payable directly by customer.
- Carrier Luggage Policy: Roof carrier luggage extra charges applicable for SUV (Ertiga / Carens & Innova Crysta).
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- Air Conditioning: Continuous AC provided on all plain highway routes. In compliance with safety norms, AC is turned off during steep ghat hill climbs (e.g. Ooty, Kodaikanal).
- Payment Methods: Flexible settlement via Cash, Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI or NetBanking directly to driver upon successful completion of your journey.
